I can hardly believe I actually get to write this. Stephen and I are heading to Iceland in just under 2 weeks!!!! We are excited to meet a couple good friends over there for an adult-only 4 days trip. This is a big bucket list item for me and my "gift" from Steve for my 40th birthday last September.
We are going to ship the boys down to Arizona to stay with their Papa and Nana so they get their very own adventure.
Meanwhile, we are packing our snow gear and boots and keeping our fingers crossed for Northern Lights viewing. I am so excited for this trip and all that it brings.
